LakeDog Appraisal PAC (Professional Appraisers & Consultants) was founded by Ron Morgan, Lake Martin’s Appraisal Specialist. Ron is a state certified Real Estate Appraiser with 21 years appraisal experience on and off of Lake Martin. Recognizing the need for well trained, qualified appraisers who understand the complex Lake Martin market was the motivation for Ron to assemble a group of the brightest, young, upcoming appraisers in the area. This group of young people receives direct supervision and training from the lake’s best known appraiser.

Each member of the team at LakeDog belongs to the Lake Martin Area Association of Realtors (LMAAR) and the association’s Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Ron is in the first year of his second, three year term on the Association’s Board of Directors. Each Appraiser on the team is licensed by the State of Alabama Real Estate Appraisers Board and up-to-date with their required continuing education.

You can expect the most professional appraisal services available from LakeDog Appraisal. Each improved property is measured, inspected, photographed, and researched by the appraisers. We then compare your property to the most overall similar properties that have sold to form an opinion of value for your property.

LakeDog has a very long lender client list that includes local, state, and national lenders. The company strives to add to that list with each new contact. We do appraisals for banks, mortgage companies, credit unions, attorneys, individuals, realtors, or any entity that needs a real estate appraisal. While we specialize in the Lake Martin market, we appraise most any residential property, lot or land in and around the Lake Martin area. LakeDog hopes to expand into the commercial appraisal sector in the future.
